Terms of agreement for use of KapitalKontroll's own collection model KK2
KapitalKontroll AS has delivered a model for self-collection to Norwegian municipalities and companies since 2004. Our model "KK2" is a complete collection model that can be used by all types of companies and organizations. We integrate the model for free with your financial system without requiring any hardware or software installation since the model is located in the cloud.
Price and income offer
Monthly user license after 3-month free period - 175 kr
Customer's share of principal - 100%
Customer's share of paid late payment interest and fees, first 800 NOK Kapitalkontroll - 50%
Customer's share of late payment interest and fees if Kapitalkontroll is a case manager - 20%
We offer all our customers free support and case manager support, in addition we have an interactive user manual. The order of coverage is principal, costs, fees and interest. You always keep 100% of the principal. There is no cost to withdraw cases or waive fees and interest.
In addition to the price matrix above, there is a start-up cost of NOK 5,250 after the free period and a minimum fee of NOK 175. KapitalKontroll after the free period. Any direct costs from the SMS provider, DigiPost, BankId, public agencies and other 3rd parties such as your system suppliers will be invoiced. If you want bankruptcy notifications and other notifications from the Brønnøysund Register to be automatically sent to cases and by email, this costs 84 kroner per month.
Only the company mentioned in this agreement can use the assigned user access to KK2. If you wish to connect more companies affiliated with the company to the solution, this can be done under the same conditions as in this agreement. The user license covers up to 3 users, users beyond this cost 175 kroner extra per month.
Duration and termination
 This agreement runs until terminated, there is a 6-month mutual notice period. All prices in the offer may be increased by up to 5% per year. 
Limitations of liability
 Self-debt collection as a collection method means that the customer is responsible for the collection. KapitalKontroll is therefore not liable for losses resulting from any errors by the customer's own employees or errors in the invoice and receivables. KapitalKontroll's liability is limited to the last 6 months' invoiced amount, up to NOK 500,000. Upon entering into this agreement, this data processing agreement applies. For cases where KapitalKontroll's employees assist, this authorization is current.
