In 2025, the course subscription costs 525 kroner per month per person, a maximum of 1,155 kroner per month per municipality/company. Access to a single course costs 1,155 kroner. For access to a single course, send an email to admin@ kapitalkontroll .no.

There is a 12-month commitment on the course subscription. Prices quoted are excluding VAT.

KK2 as a documentation tool

What documentation is actually required in debt collection cases and what documentation can the debtor expect the municipality to have?

More complex case processing and petitions in KK2 – A sea of possibilities

When filing a petition, there are many pitfalls to avoid, and which measures are appropriate in different cases. We will take a closer look at the over 40 different petitions that already exist in the KK2 universe so that it is easier for you to choose the correct petition. The course instructor will also provide good practical tips so that you can simplify the job of filing a petition.

This course will help you to interact even better with Bailiffs.

Course content:

Who is the Bailiff and how do they work? We will look at various challenges that can arise in interaction with the Bailiff and how you can best handle complaints to the Bailiff. We have a separate review of classic mistakes Bailiffs make when handling debt collection cases and how you should act correctly in these cases.

Enforcement and proportionality

EU practice with implications for Norwegian debt collection. The Court of Justice of the European Union has begun to raise requirements for proportionality in forced sales. This means that everyone must change how they work with forced sales. We show what the change means for you and how you should meet them.

Complaints handling in SNAM and how to deal with conciliation councils

This course will show you how complaints handling should be carried out in SNAM in addition to how you should deal with the conciliation board.

Course content:

  • Debtor's right of appeal

Offset

Set-off is relevant in situations where two subjects have claims against each other, that is, both have claims against the other. Set-off entails that the claims are settled against each other and are eliminated to the extent that they cover each other. Set-off is essentially not regulated by law, it is an unstatutory principle. This means that in principle there are no legal rules or regulations that regulate when set-off is permitted or how set-off should be carried out.

This course will give you enough insight to be able to perform offset calculations yourself.

The rules on limitation are given in the Limitation Act, Act on Limitation of Claims of 18.05.1979 No. 18.

In this course on debt settlement, we will look at how the various claims are handled, as well as the creditor's role and handling of follow-up.
