It all started in 2004 when we developed a system that replaced debt collection agencies for Norwegian municipalities. Now over half of all Norwegian municipalities use the solution.

Kapitalkontroll is a Norwegian Fintech company that has challenged debt collection agencies and changed the market to a great extent. We have offered our solution to Norwegian companies since 2018, and in recent years have had enormous growth in the number of customers and cases in both Norway, Sweden and Denmark. In 2024, we established our first foreign subsidiary in Cyprus. In 2025, we were starting our European version of the system and already have one of Cyprus' largest companies as a customer. In 2026, plans are already in place to expand to several European countries, while we have the ambition to grow to over 10,000 customers in Norway.
