1. DATA CONTROLLER

KapitalKontroll AS v/manager is the data controller for the processing of personal data.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information in connection with services such as receiving newsletters, registering for courses, receiving professional information, etc. We will use the information about you for some of the following purposes:

We have grounds for processing personal data pursuant to the Personal Data Act of 14 April 2000 No. 31 Section 8. It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal data in connection with services such as receiving newsletters, ordering information materials and brochures, registering for events, etc. The basis for processing in these cases is consent from or agreement with you, unless otherwise specified.

7. DIRECT MARKETING

It is voluntary to subscribe to newsletters from KapitalKontroll AS. If the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or it is not permitted to process it, you can also request KapitalKontroll AS correct the information. See contact information at the beginning of the declaration.

We do not process and store personal data for longer than is necessary for the intended purpose or as required by entered into agreements and not beyond the scope of the law. We delete personal data if you no longer wish to use the service. For example, your email address used for sending newsletters will be deleted when you cancel your subscription, but also if we receive feedback that it is not active.
