A little information about our “KI” service - Municipal Collection Center

KapitalKontroll assists approximately 30 municipalities and a number of private companies with debt collection. This is done as a self-debt collection, where the only change is that our case managers assist with their cases as hired consultants. This is a service that we have offered for many years and the basic idea is that this should be a security and robustness that the municipalities can rely on when needed.

• We can assist in individual cases, some cases, some clients, more complex cases, all cases - exactly in line with what you need.

• We work on a “day in, day out” principle. We are available when you need us and we step back when you no longer need us. In some cases, this may involve assistance with a clean-up to get up to speed again, sometimes it may take months and in some cases longer.

• The fee for the work our caseworkers do is based on the fees and interest paid. The municipality does not pay anything if cases are closed/withdrawn or something is forgiven. The municipality is still the creditor and decides what will happen.

We have good routine templates that we adapt to your needs where you set the "rules of the road" for different types of requirements for what our case managers can do without consulting the municipality first.
