Norwegian Sheep and Goat has entered into a cooperation agreement with KapitalKontroll so that all members can easily get lower credit times and full control over the dunning process.

With KapitalKontroll's cloud-based model, you get automatic follow-up of outstanding invoices and the market's most efficient collection. Payments are paid directly into your account and your invoice is always covered first. You never get a withdrawal fee and we never take a share of your invoice. If your customer does not pay, the case can be electronically sent for legal collection in the same process that debt collection agencies use. If you need help, our support department can assist in all or part of the collection process at no cost to you.

If your company does not want to handle debt collection and collection cases itself, KapitalKontroll be a case manager so that you don't have to do anything. We still operate with self-debt collection, so the money goes straight to your account, there are no withdrawal fees. The principal is covered first and your customers receive low fees according to self-debt collection rates. The order of coverage is principal, costs, fees and interest. The customer's share of interest and fees is reduced from 40% to 10% when KapitalKontroll does all collection work. If you want bankruptcy notices and other notices from the Brønnøysund Register to be automatically sent to cases and by email, this costs 84 kroner per month. Customers without integration with accounting are invoiced 175 kroner per month from start-up.

In addition to the price matrix above, direct costs may be incurred from the SMS provider, DigiPost, BankId, public agencies and other 3rd parties such as your system providers, if this is invoiced further.

Duration and termination
This agreement is valid until terminated, there is a 6-month mutual notice period. All prices in the offer may be increased by up to 5% per year or CPI. The free period starts the month after this agreement is signed unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations of liability
Self-debt collection as a collection method means that the customer is responsible for the collection. KapitalKontroll is therefore not liable for losses resulting from any errors by the customer's own employees or errors in the invoice and receivables. KapitalKontroll's liability is limited to the last 6 months' invoiced amount, up to NOK 500,000. Upon entering into this agreement, this data processing agreement applies. For cases where KapitalKontroll's employees assist, this authorization applies.
